What that means and what I’m asking…are the eyeshadows old to the point that when you swipe them no eyeshadow color shows therefore have become hard pan and are no longer good. When makeup becomes hard panned there is nothing you can do to fix it or make the item useable. There is a date code on the back of authenticated tom ford pallets and on the corresponding packaging. This will tell you when the product was made/ manufactured. You can look this date code up online. I hope this helps you.
