This is a short puff sleeve top by Tokyo fashions. It has a scoop neckline. It is in a cream color. It has cute bows on the sleeves. It is in preowned condition. Light pilling in some parts, but barely noticeable otherwise no other visible flaws. The size tag has been removed, it is a size small. Measurements armpit to armpit 16 inches. Sleeve length 9 1/2 inches. Length 22 inches. Measurements are approximate. It is very soft and comfortable. I believe it is a polyester cotton blend.
