smckinney36 Hello so sorry to bother you. Just received this item and it is gorgeous. But for some reason they do not fit. My toe is hanging off the edge. I’m not sure why. I have tons of Freebirds and I always fit an 8. I’m sorry I need to return them.

smckinney36 I understand. But I think that this particular pair is not true to size. I have the same shoe in black so I know how they fit and how to adjust the straps. My other pair is exactly 10inches from heel to toe. This shoe is 9.5 inches. Freebird are also handcrafted individually it may be a defect with this pair

smckinney36 I just giving my opinion. You have been amazing. I received them sooner than expected and I really appreciate your thank you card. I was actually planning to wear to an event this weekend. I just don’t have time to posh I never have also I can’t afford to spend money on a pair of shoes I can’t wear.
