TOBI Scalloped Shift Dress - Black & White Floral

Worn once. Like-new condition. Last photo is the only one I have with it on. Bought a Large thinking a medium would be too tight in my hip area, but this ended up being a bit too big for me! This dress is definitely meant to look a bit bigger on, and has a super cute scalloped edge to bottom and ends of sleeves!
