TMNT Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutatin' Splinter Complete

This version of Splinter did eventually bump the original from rotation and see some of the use, but it is still in like new condition worth all his accessories and file card. He also comes with his mutation chart which is in great condition. My personal collections are complete and have been well cared for and safely stored all these years.
