TM Dress EUC

Never been worn or tried on but has been washed and hung to dry. Short sleeved, maroon floral dress with cold shoulders. Dress has faux buttons and ruffles. Textured feeling rayon fabric. Size small but fits very snug..I'm small/medium and this dress would not fit me.
