ITEM DESCRIPTION: RETAIL: $1,025. This is an authentic, retired, Tiffany & Co. 925 Sterling silver heart charm toggle necklace. Comes in original Tiffany box (as shown in photos). Measures 9 in. long while clasped and 16” long from toggle to bottom of silver heart. My husband gave this to me when we were dating over 20 years ago.
