Allure clips on earrings designed by Angela Cummings for Tiffany Co.
This is beautiful pair of clips-on earrings created by Angela Cummings for Tiffany Co. back in 1980. The iconic modernist earrings are the Allure model masterfully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polish finish. The surfaces are embellished with multiples inlaid settings of free form elements, carved from natural white nacre. These free-shaped figures have a reminiscence to the art-pieces created by the German French sculptor Jean Arp. The earrings are fitted at the reverse with hinged omega backs for fastening clips and the addition of gold posts for pierced ears can be easily done.

Hallmarks: They are both stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the .750/.999 gold and signed as follows: "TCO 18KT .750".
