Tie dye twist keyhole front sleeveless midi dress. Keyhole in the back as well. A-line skirt. V neck. Slightly puffy shoulders. Vibrant blue, turquoise, green, yellow, burgundy and black colors. Some of the colors have an acid-washed effect. The material is incredibly soft and has some stretch. Feels like brushed cotton. There are no tags for manufacturer or material. There are a few popped stitches under each arm, see pictures.
