@cjk5940 Large is waist 15" stretches to about 20". Inseam is approximately 27" and Top large pit to pit is approximately 21"

@cjk5940 Extra large is waist is approximately 17 stretches to about 22in. Inseam is the same. Pit to pit is approximately 23" and has stretch to it too some.
