THML Colorful Artistic-Inspired Blouse

Colorful, vibrant, artistic-inspired blouse. Has a high mock-neck with a ruffle collar and key-hole button at the nape of the neck—very fun ruffle sleeves. The colors are perfect for all seasons, especially fall! Please note that when I purchased this blouse, there were small speckled blue dots (as seen in the third picture) throughout the blouse. At first, I thought the dots were stains; however, they seemed intentional as they were found throughout the blouse and fit the theme of a painting.
