Size Medium, New with tags. Gorgeous French Blue with cream embroidery and tassels. Could work as a breezy summer dress, a tunic, or a bathing suit cover up. The tag says it's 100% Rayon. There's a lining on the bottom half that's a really thin rayon material, and then the rest of the dress feels more like a soft linen/cotton to me (but it's still rayon). It's hand-wash/dry clean only. The length is around 37 inches from mid shoulder to hem when measured flat. Pit to pit is 20 inches
