THML Blue Bohemian Santorini Smocked Maxi Tank Dress

In pre owned condition. Washed and ready to ship to wear. Pretty blue boho pattern - reminds me of the blue that Santorini is known for. Smocked upper chest is in good condition. Straps are attached nicely but are delicate. There are no side / leg slits. Measurements are provided in the photos. Length measurements exclude shoulder straps since they adjust. ***There is light color transfer around the underside of the arm area from being washed. Materials and care tag were removed. I “believe” this is a rayon or rayon blend. It was washed in a mesh delicates bag and line dried. #B728
