THEORY light tan khaki cropped pants, vent detail

These pants are NWOT, washed once but never worn, excellent condition. Color is a light tan khaki, fabric is 98% cotton, 2% Lycra. Very slight stretch to these comfy, cropped straight leg pants. Waist measures about 15” across laying flat. Inseam measures approximately 28”. Back side of pant leg has cute “cargo” pant seam and slit opening at bottom hem - see labeled photo details.
