THEIA Off Shoulder Velvet Gown in Royal Blue

This is a stunner of royal blue, off shoulder gown that drapes in the front. Fully lined, boat neck, concealed zipper and fastener at the back. Fabric is velvet. The draped front gives a dainty-like cleavage! I wore this gown with silver high top sneakers! Yes, I’m an eclectic dresser! I received many oohs and aahs. My entrance was down cascading stairs so you only saw the sneakers at that time!!! 😉 Measurements: 57” long Armpit to armpit: 18” Neiman Marcus exclusive. I only wore one time. (In my circle of affairs, I can only wear formal dresses one time!).
