Can I tie the waist skirt at the top or no

@vellison123 Hi there. The top of the skirt is an elastic waistband (no button, no zippers, no tie). The upper mid area of the skirt has a tie section. Fun fact: Both sets of girls you see are actually wearing seamless thong panties under the skirt, but when they tied the skirt closed they wove the tie-straps under the panty, aligned it, and then tied it shut, hence why it’s not shown!
