Offered here is a beautiful & unique black dress from THE ROW. It features an expertly crafted overlay with traditional pleats on top and intricate pleats across the bottom. A scoop neck and short sleeves and simple attached slip completes the look. Size medium, though the overlay has much stretch and the slip has give. Worn twice. In excellent condition.
