THE ESSENTIAL BLACK TOP BANDEAU UNEVEN HEM WAIST TIE MEDIUM

I always had to have a few essential tops that would work well for a night out. Mostly in black, which to be fair, you can’t go wrong with. This is one of those tops from many years ago. It was simple, yet classy and sexy and just worked.. culottes, pants, pencil skirts. It came from a store I don’t believe is open anymore in Soho, NYC. The top is lightly banded for the bust and the back hidden zipper function. There’s a cross over tie that created a nice fold over appearance and holds up the chest line for the cool uneven hem it has . Medium 100% polyester.
