This is a tech jacket made by Tour Master it is in excellent condition it has padding on the shoulders elbows and the back it also is weatherproof all the pockets or weatherproof it zips in the front and it velcros and buttons for Extra Protection from the water the jacket is a very strong material it is 100% nylon and the inside of it is a 75% polyester 20% PVC and 5% nylon this is the perfect jacket for going on long trips on a bike it is safe and will keep you dry
