TEA Collection Twirl Dress

TEA Collection size 16 youth. 100% cotton. I bought this for me (size S, or 6 normally in ladies) and it fits well but I wanted a little lower on my waist. 31” long 15” waist across with elastic for a little stretch, and 17” ptp. 15” from shoulder to waist. Like new.
