NWOT Beautiful light blue summer party dress. The chest area is an elastic band that is approximately 6 - 7 1/2 inches long. It has adjustable spaghetti straps. The bottom of the dress is in three tiers each being approximately 6 - 7 inches long. The bottom of the dress is lined. Approximate measurements lying flat: The length of the dress from the center at the neckline to the bottom of the dress is 28 inches The width of elastic band at top is 15 1/4” The width at the bottom of the elastic band is 15 1/4 inches.
