This is a nice pre-owned dress Braided halter tie neck top and slinky jersey fabric on cool print Only issue I found is dress has raw hem and some beaded wear or wear to hemline inner fabric maybe from rubbing shoes or sandals ? outer is fine just felt when looking over would make a fab beach dress!
