TAYLOR SWIFT 1989 TOUR T-SHIRT SZ L

This a Taylor Swift t-shirt of the 1989 tour that started in Japan. On the back, it lists all the tour cities. The t-shirt is branded as a L. I believe that is a kids L. From shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 17”. From the bottom of the front of the black band around the collar to the bottom of the front of the t-shirt is 25”. I couldn’t get the pictures to do right.
