From the Takashi Murakami limited edition SUPERFLAT MUSEUM. A set of ten miniature vinyl figurines of his most most popular sculptures. Murakami’s Tokyo studio, HIROPON. His aesthetic is Kaikai Kiki (cuteness). Murakami’s art has increased in leaps and bounds over the last 20 years. I purchased these at Munky King toy store in LA’s Chinatown in 2003-04. Unopened. They are still factory-sealed. NO RETURNS.Last 2 pictures are from Susan Inglett Gallery, New York where the opened set sold for $950.

so this box only has 1 figure?

@ftp69 that is correct. One (1) figure only. Each box is embossed with the date of production: 05/2005. They’re highly collectible. They have gone to auction at Phillip’s Auction.

@kacenka Thanks for your inquiry. The enclosed Murakami figure could be one of 10 different ones. My entire collection is unopened. The tallest figure measures 4 inches. Please Google: Takashi Murakami SUPERFLAT Museum to see the assortment. It could be any of the figures. I cannot guarantee which ones I am selling.
