@partiwthme Yes, this swimsuit could fit a medium size for a man who has a fit tight body. The fabric has a little flex for conforming to the body. The Brazilian style cut is generous meaning it gives the best possible coverage, more than a brief cut & less than a square cut. This could definitely work for you as a medium.
