I’m ever so sorry I didn’t get the measurements done today. We had our grandchildren longer than usual & after they left I came down with a disabling migraine. It’s still ponding but, I wanted to touch base with you. I shouldn’t even be online.
I promise I’ll get the measurements done with photos tomorrow morning. I hope you can be patient & understand.

@debdiff Hello, I measured the chest laying flat seam to seam, it is 20”. And for the waist, I realised the belt & measured the waist to skirt seam, again laying flat- the measurement is19”. I am putting the photos I took in the description photos so you can see them. Let me know if you need anything else.
