Great casual T by Talbots dress. 3/4 tab sleeves, drawstring, elastic waist. Two front pockets, curved hem. Depending on height, comes below knees. (I'm 5'8) Great marled royal blue and white stripes. Washed in cold water and layed flat to dry. Waist is 17 in, but stretches. Total length from shoulder to hem is 44 in.
