NWOT T Tahari navy blue cover up dress with tie and gold hardware details. The gold hardware is in both the front and back of the neck with slits show in last image. Similar gold ring details at the end of each tie string for the waist with navy tassels. Never worn!!!! Can be worn as coverup or dress
