Brand new with tags top from T Tahari. Women’s size 1X. Bright royal blue color. Scoop neck. Hi-lo. Approximately 23” pit to pit; 27.5” long in front; 30.5” long in back. 78% rayon; 22% nylon. Faint black mark/stain on right shoulder - not sure how it got there since this is brand new. Haven’t tried to get it out.
