Pre-loved in good condition. From a smoke free home. Top has no stretch but is flowy. The fabric has a good amount of sheerness to it, it is meant to be worn over a tight fitting under shirt. The end of the sleeves and collar have a ruffle detail. All buttons are intact, buttons are hidden with a piece of fabric that overlaps them.
