T Party top Peacock tunic!

Burgundy tunic with peacock embroidered black velvet panel. 17 1/2” pit to pit, 26” back of neck to bottom. Pretty low scoop neck. Says size L but really a junior style so I’d say women’s M. Lightweight burgundy fabric has a distressed look. Some puckering around all that embroidery but in good shape and looks great on.
