T Party blouse Distressed black/grey long sleeve blouse with a velvet panel running down the front of the blouse with a gorgeous peacock design. No tears, stains or odor. Wore a few times. Alittle big for me and I normally wear a small. Armpit to armpit approx. 14 1/8" EUC TB1
