jhong112 @kcarfranz where the rubber band hits. It’s around 11 1/2-12 in. It’s pretty stretchy there in my opinion. That’s why I took the XS. Plus the open back. The S was really Loose and it felt like it was going to fall off my shoulders. Personally I prefer it to be more fitted since that’s the look for this sexy open back dress. :) it can also be worn causally too with a nice cardigan. I just can’t wait til I can wear mine. Hahaha

jhong112 @rhianna911 in my opinion no. I had the S and it was too loose. Like I mentioned, the back is open back and when I tired the S it was wayyy too loose for me . It felt like it was going to fall off my shoulders abs felt too exposed. Plus the dress hung loosed on my body and it took away the style of the dress. It was just too straight and didn’t hug the body like it is suppose to. The band at the waist stretches.. I hope this helps! Feel free to ask me any more questions :)
