Sz Med - 1990's Black Body Con Dress - Cold Shoulder - Turtle Neck

Stunning 1990's little black dress. It's a black body con with a turtle neck and cold shoulder cut-outs. It was NEW with tags, but sadly it was dusty from being stored for nearly 30 years and I had to remove the tag to clean it. According to the tag it was nearly $100 on sale! It's marked "dry clean only" but I gently hand-washed it and let it air dry, it held up nicely! Zips up the back. No flaws that I can find. By Expo Nite.
