Sz 2 Strasburg Tiny Print Smocked Dress NWT

This is a pretty boutique sleeveless dress with a Peter Pan collar and smocked bodice. It has back buttons and a wide back tie sash. The skirt is fully gathered. It is NWT but there is a small black smudge mark on the label.
