Syracuse University ruffle vest size medium-RARE

Syracuse University college vest with lightweight down filling and ruffles in the front, fleece in the back. Extremely unique-I’ve never seen another one. Gently loved and barely show signs of wear. A must have if you are an SU fan, and want to still be a little girly. So many compliments. I take excellent care of my clothing, no smoke or weird smells.
