Synergy Organic Cotton Dress

Fabric is lightweight cotton knit, but it is also lined. Very soft and comfortable. I wore it once to an Easter service with creme cardigan, The side ties do function and can pull the waist in. Worn once - excellent condition. Color is a very light cream/ivory with light blue embroidered threads moving through the top portion. Measurements (Approx) Bust = 17" Length = 35.5" Shoulder to hem Waist = 12" unstretched (but will stretch out to about 16" across)
