Sylvester & tweety bird theme candy dish

Sylvester and tweety bird theme candy dish, trinket dish, desk accessory. Last pic shows two tiny paint chips or manufacture's error with glaze missing . There is also a black dot under the glaze on one spot . ~ 8" x ~5" at it's longest and widest point . ~ 2.75" deep. There are some scuffing marks on the bottom edge see last 2 pics. I tried scrubbing them off without success.
