@guells86 the underwire helps hold you in place as well as full coverage to hold you in with adjustable tie straps you can get the right hold without cutting into you. I didn't notice any bouncing either which was good.

@guells86 if u lay it out flat like in the pics makes it easier but it can be tricky because the straps crisscross the back but the ends are hanging on each side so you reach around like a bra and tie it.
