Very fun and flattering guess cocktail dress. Fit n flare, sweetheart neckline, strapless, ribbon waist band, sheer layer on top with palm leaf print, satin lined, crinoline built into skirt (so skirt portion has 3 layers), bodice is boned and has no slip grips at top of inside bust so it won’t slip. Top of bust to waist 10” Waist to hem 19” Bust 34” Waist 28” Condition- ok, the sheer outer layer has come apart at some seams, I have sewn it back together (see photos)
