Sweetheart Parker fit and flare!

This Parker dress is fantastic for fun summer parties or an occasion. Stretchy material on back and flexible boning helps keep this strapless dress up. Flattering sweetheart neckline accentuates the shoulders and neck. No visible flaws that I can see other than some extremely extremely minor discoloration at the very top under the armpits (see photo). 15” across top (unstretched), 13” across waist, 26.5” from top of back to bottom.
