VGUC. Sweetest pink dress with elasticized neckline and smocked bodice. Tie detail on back and tiered skirt. 2 spots on bottom hem are barely noticeable due to the ruffle on the hem. Fully lined. See color in stock photo (true light pink), but changes depending on the light. Fabric is slightly iridescent.
