Blue floral ruffled dress, barely worn and in great used condition. Washed but not dried. 2nd pic shows true color the best. Has a white, lace underskirt that shows at the bottom. Buttons up the back with a tie at the waist. This dress is precious and poofy! Let me know if you need any specific measurements. Runs a bit small IMO.
