Sweet and sophisticated one piece dress

One piece: cream colored scoop neck long sleeve blouse attached to grey tweed skirt with gold flecks. Elasticized waist. Fully lined (see pics). Some discoloration on blouse; not super noticeable, pictured in #4, just above the waist. It’s a Posh purchase and I do not know if it can be cleaned. Sized M but runs small. Made of quality fabric, slightly sheer sleeves. Priced according to defects.
