Sweet Storm Polka Dot Dress

This dress has an adorable pattern, and fits flatteringly. It has an elastic waist to help highlight the waist line, featuring a cute belt to add a little more character. I love that the sleeves are 3/4 length. You can totally wear it as is or have fun styling it! I am 5’2” and it comes to about mid thigh on me.
