Sweet Sinnammon sleeveless textured dress

Cute tiny pom poms line the tiered hem. Superrrr soft and bouncy. Fully lined. Elastic across the back. A few thread pulls , but not noticeable. The flowers at the neckline seem a little discolored, but after wash and dry it looks the same. Possibly to make it look more vintage.
