Floral patterned blouse, with beautiful open neck detail which ties with a fabric tie. Dart tailoring on the shoulders adds small gathers draping down the front. The 3/4 length sleeves end with elastic at the end, but not tight in the arms. The hemline also has an elastic end. The fabric is sheer, would need a tank or bodysuit underneath. Very girly and comfortable. Never worn
