New with tags asymmetrical wrap midi dress by Sweet Pea for NY and Company by Stacy Frati. Size small. Has polka dots all over. Wrap dress. Has sheer sleeves and a ruffle asymmetrical high low hem. About 47” from top to the longest part of the hem. Dress does have a snag/line in it, please see last picture. Line is on the front of dress just under the waist. Not very visible.
