Sweet Mini Dress

Adorable Mini dress, navy blue with off white floral pattern. This has a slight boat neck and is made of a very light and flowy material. Flattering shift style with no waistline. I paired this with a tight pencil skirt or leggings but could wear alone. So adorable but too small for me now!
