@mzcmoss811 yes it would fit a 3-4 year old! Pit - pit it runs 11 inches and length is about 21 inches.

@kennedyreena22 Thank you. My granddaughter is 4 soon to be 5 in a couple of months. She is on the smaller side but I will ask her mom to do measurements to see if this will work. I bought another dress, size 4 but the brand must run small and I am not familiar with this brand.
